Support for form management

The Datenassistent helps migrating workflows based on paper forms towards workflows mapped entirely onto electronic processes.
The user can give information by using HTML forms inside a web browser or by filling out PDF forms.

Resource management

The Datenassistent supports management of registration and reservation processes on limited resources. Examples for such resources might be admissions for contests or trainings. The data are gathered electronically. After filling out the forms, the user is presented with a receipt. The user then signs it and sends it to the host, thereby expressing a binding reservation.

 

An open interface for easy integration

The Datenassistent offers an open and well-documented interface.
This interface is built on open standards.
This interface can be used to integrate the application into established IT infrastructures. The only precondition is
the ability to use Web-Services.
